I'm sorry I haven't been around that much in the last few days. I'll try to do better about getting a daily update.
One of the greatest things that God has given humans is the ability to see beauty in the world around us. I have never noticed my dog stop and stare at the beauty of a forest or the incredible colors of a sunset, but these things have the ability to stop me in my tracks in wonder and awe. This website is my attempt to capture some of the beauty and glory of an indescribable God by capturing reflections of Him that I see in His creation.

Have you ever tried taking pictures of green adn purple motrcycles?
You guys are funny. I mean if Alison and I aren't even willing to put up my pictures, why would anyone else. :-)
The truth is, I feel like I only have maybe a dozen or so good shots. About the sixth month of this blog, I debated about creating a poll with about 5 or 6 of the pictures and see which people liked the best. I have been surprised about which ones have been liked and which ones haven't.
This shot is my absolute favorite, and actually the only one I have ever wanted to display anywhere.

Oh, and Sam, I have actually been surprised at the people who want me to keep the motorcycle purple and green - including our pastor (but his favorite color is purple so I shouldn't be surprised). I doubt I'd ever take a picture of a motorcycle for this blog though. It just feels wrong to me.
To me, it would be like taking a picture of a person-I mean, what's the point?!
