While on vacation, I was having some problems with my camera. Even so, I do like this one enough to post it because I like the clouds.

“If I were you, I would go to God

For part of vacation, Alison and I added about an hour onto our trip to go by the area my great great grandparents farmed. This picture was from our detour, and ended up being an amazing part of the trip.

Alison and I made it back from vacation a couple of days ago. We had a great time and really enjoyed some time off. Unfortunately, I did not take many pictures, but I did take some when we drove up Pikes Peak. So, here's one of them. It was a beautiful day.

I guess spring is here. My sister went out and took some great pictures of trees where she lives in Texas, and I have been taking pictures of a great flowered-out tree in a courtyard at the church. Today, I went out for the second time to get more shots and I stopped right outside the door when I stepped out. There was a loud buzzing that I was trying to figure out where it came from. I found it; here is one of the hundreds of culprits. I went out there with the camera 3 times, and took something like 130 pictures. This is probably not the best from today, but it's probably in the top ten or fifteen. It was pretty amazing.
